User Agreement

• You confirm you are ≥18 years of age or using the site with parental/guardian consent.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and update it as needed.
• We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts at our discretion to protect users and the platform.

• Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activities under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or suspected breach.
• Use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement and applicable laws.

• We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the site for personal, non‑commercial travel planning and bookings.
• All content (text, images, itineraries, logos, software) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
• Automated scraping, data mining, or use of bots is prohibited without written permission.

• By posting reviews, photos, or feedback, you warrant you own or have rights to the content and grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, transferable license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display such content for marketing and service improvement.
• We may moderate, edit, or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, infringes IP, or violates this Agreement.
• Do not upload personal data of others without their consent.

• Unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading conduct; impersonation; or misrepresentation.
• Interfering with site security, reverse engineering, or attempting to access non‑public systems.
• Uploading malware, spam, or content that is defamatory, obscene, or hateful.
• Commercial exploitation without permission, including resale of services or bulk enquiries designed to obstruct operations.

• We curate and arrange packages with independent third‑party suppliers (airlines, hotels, DMCs, transporters). Supplier terms apply in addition to our Terms & Conditions.
• Availability and pricing are dynamic until fully paid. Vouchers/tickets are issued after full payment and document completion.
• Your booking contract may be with us as agent/organiser and/or directly with the supplier; liability limits apply accordingly.

• You authorise us and our payment partners to charge the selected payment method for due amounts, including taxes/fees.
• Coupon codes, promotions, or wallet balances (if offered) are non‑transferable, subject to expiry, and valid only per stated terms. Misuse may lead to reversal or account action.
• Chargebacks raised without valid grounds or contrary to agreed terms may be contested with evidence.

• By using the site, you consent to receive transactional communications (email/SMS/WhatsApp/app notifications) related to enquiries, bookings, and support.
• You consent to electronic signatures and records for contracts, invoices, and confirmations where permitted by law.
• You may opt out of non‑essential marketing messages at any time via unsubscribe links or by contacting us.

Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you consent to such processing and necessary sharing with suppliers/authorities to fulfil your bookings.

• Where available, you may use third‑party logins (e.g., Google/Apple). Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services.
• Links to third‑party sites/apps are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

The site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation or accuracy of information from third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to your use of the site or bookings shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Next Step Destinations (Insert Legal Entity Name), its directors, employees, and agents from claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, misuse of the site, or violation of laws/rights of others.

• We may suspend or terminate access (with or without notice) for violations, suspected fraud, chargebacks, or security threats.
• Upon termination, your license to use the site ends; certain obligations (payments due, indemnities) survive.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The version and date above indicate the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with competent courts/fora at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
• Parties will attempt good‑faith resolution; failing which, disputes may be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, per the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Language: English.
